OPENetworks is the fourth broadband carrier, located on Brisbane. It is beset by daily orders and mistake in provision and billing. They have 3 staffs are working on service orders from different RSPs. And because of a lot of orders and various service, mistake is un-void during typing command to NMS.
Facing this situation, OPENetwork ask JADE for help. After get redundant information, JADE made proper consultant planning for OPENetworks, and agreed to sign the project contract of 2 phases.
In phase 1, JADE help to build an OSS system to resource mange to manage logical resource and existed assets, order flow to accept RSP’s request, settlment to bill for all RSPs, and trouble ticket for fault report. This make OPENetwork’s work smoothly and reduce a lot of mistake.
In phase 2, JADE help to finish the provision and auto-order. From that day, the most of work is processed by system, all the staffs get out of the dilemma and can focus on other work.
